The Madison Apartments is a pet-friendly community!

Looking for pet-friendly apartments in Greenville? Look no further than The Madison Apartments! As one of the few pet-friendly communities, we proudly allow cats and dogs here at our community. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.

Our Pet Policy:

  • The Madison Apartments allows dogs and cats
  • We welcome pets upon approval
  • There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment
  • Our pet policy does have some restrictions. Please contact the office for the full details.

Pet Fees

  • There is a $250.00 pet fee for your first pet.
  • An additional $100.00 pet fee for your second pet.
  • Pet Fee is non-refundable and does not transfer from apartment to apartment.
  • $25 per month
