Leasing Questions
No appointment is necessary to tour our community; however, it is always appreciated if you call ahead to ensure we are available to provide adequate time for you to tour and ask questions. Please arrive no later than one-half hour before closing if you would like to tour the property. Everyone over 18 must have a valid photo ID to tour the community.
Our apartment homes are priced individually based on the amenities and features.
Application fees are $50 per person 18 and older occupying the apartment. You may pay these online by credit card. In addition to our application fees, there is a one-time administrative fee of $100.00. All application and administrative fees are nonrefundable. To reserve a home, a holding fee of $250.00 is due at the time of application. The holding fee is non-refundable but applies to your rent balance at move-in.

Residents are responsible for all utilities at The Madison Apartments, and costs may vary. Residents are responsible for additional items such as cable and internet services.
The security deposit can be as low as $250 but will vary. Please get in touch with the office for additional, up-to-date information.
Rent is always due on the first; however, if you do not pay all rent on or before the 5th day of the month, you'll pay a late charge of 5% of the rental payment or $15.00, whichever is greater.
You can pay rent by setting up your online account on our website. This allows you to use a bank account (no fee) or credit card (with fee) to make payments.
Up to 2 pets, cats or dogs, are allowed. Our community is proud to share that we have no breed or weight restrictions. For any number of pets, there is a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee for one pet, an additional $100 non-refundable pet fee for a second pet, and monthly pet rent is $25 per pet. Resident Questions
Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee ranges from $1000 to $1800, depending on the unit. Please ensure you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager, as there could be unique circumstances.
Service members can break their lease without penalty in certain circumstances through the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). Please contact the Property Manager as soon as possible in this situation. You must provide written notice and a copy of your military orders.
Please let our office know if you love our apartments and your friend wants to move to The Madison! However, we do not have a resident referral program.
You may call the office, send an e-mail, or leave a message with the answering service. You may also submit work orders online if enrolled in our online services.
If someone is temporarily staying with you, please let the office know so we can accommodate parking. If someone is permanently moving in, they must fill out an application to be added to your lease agreement.
We require a 60-day written notice, which you are responsible for, before moving out. If you need to move out at the end of your lease term, please remember to come in 60 days before the lease expires to provide your written notice.
Yes, there are cable companies that service this area. You can ask our leasing office for more deals from our local Suddenlink representative!
No grills are permitted within the community.
If you are locked out during business hours, you can come to the office to be let back in your apartment or garage. Please do not call emergency maintenance. You must contact a locksmith if you are locked out after regular business hours.
If you have lost your keys, you may have new keys made at our office during business hours for a small fee.
